Crown services offer nationwide coverage and our unique recovery process means that even the most difficult of debts are recovered quickly and effectively.

All of our staff are highly trained in their sectors and we pride ourselves in maintaining professionalism and courtesy when communicating with both yourselves and your Debtors.

Crown Services uses multiple skills within our business, often Bad Debt are debts which have avoided your collection process and debtors have tried to "forget" the details of the debt.

Crown services examines the details of the Original Contract / Invoice / Purchase Order and bring those details to the forefront with the fact being relayed to the debtor with a view of immediate payment. If settlement can be agreed in writing and they fail to hold up their end of the deal, the groundwork achieved with this service often serves as a foundation for any further action if necessary, for example if the debtor then tries to dispute their indebtedness. By this point we already have an acknowledgement of debt and Court Action is a formality.

Crown Services have Certificated Bailiffs who enforce a variety of debts on behalf of organisations such as local authorities. They can seize and sell goods to cover the amount of the debt owed. They also hold a certificate, which enables them, and them alone, to levy distress for rent, road traffic debts, council tax and non-domestic rates. However, they cannot enforce the collection of money due under County Court or High Court orders.

After Crown Services  have assisted you in obtaining a Court Judgement or indeed if you have obtained a judgement without our assistance. We will assist you to transferring a Judgement which is less than the value of £600 to instruct a Certificated Bailiff to serve documents to the Debtor, or use either the County Court Bailiff or High Court Enforcement Officer to Levy against assets at the address of the debtor.

In addition for Commercial Landlords our Certificated Bailiffs will visit the premises of your Commercial Tenant to Levy against assets of the Debtor at the commercial property in an effort to recover your monies in full.
